PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
To build on the success of their primary location, the client team aimed to launch an equally impressive second location requiring the coordination of many trades and contractors in order to accomplish this objective. The risks created by unforeseen plumbing modifications and electrical service upgrades were closely monitored to ensure the success of the project. The project team navigated all obstacles and design revisions in stride capping off the project with a joyous grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
